$48 Million for Virginia Communities: Housing Equity Fund 23

 

VCDC’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Fund 23 is helping create and restore 598 affordable homes.

Housing Equity Fund 23 totals over $48 million in investments from local banks and will help seniors, individuals living with disabilities, and families throughout Virginia have access to safe, sustainable, and affordable homes. Fund 23 is expected to make an impact in the following communities: Petersburg, Culpeper, Hopewell, Charlottesville, Glasgow, Luray, South Boston, and Gloucester.
